Went to the Asian grocery store the other day and saw some strange little vegetable called “arrowhead root”. Apparently is popularly eaten around the lunar new year. I decided to give it a try. When I got home I looked it up and found that its genus is "Sagittaria"! So I had to share:

Basically tasted like a potato. If you've had sunchokes before, maybe a bit like the texture of sunchokes too.
